At Joey, we meet with you to discuss the history behind your company, your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, marketing and other challenges, company goals, and customer personas.  What are your company's goals, and who are your customers? Where can improvements be made? Paired with our expertise, we determine where you fit on your local map of businesses. We help you set goals, determine objectives, and finally, help figure out best strategies and tactics to meet your objectives and obtain your goals. This is a comprehensive 2-3 hour session in which we at Joey go over the various aspects of your company in order to understand what best suits your needs. By the end of it, we will have stats of your business inside and out of how it iteracts with your market.  

After meeting with you, and gathering the information needed, we will prepare a report touching on improvements, strategies, and tactics that can be done to improve the functionality of your company.   

The deliverable for this analysis is a well-formated 3-5 page report in PDF format that we review with you, in order to chart your course forward.
